According to Art. 13 - D.Lgs. N. 196/2003 - "Code for the Protection of Personal Information" (hereinafter "Code"), Stucchi S.p.A. (hereinafter "Stucchi"), acting as "owner" of the treatment, is required to provide information about the use of your personal data.

2. Personal data source

We collect and register personal data you provide, as an interested party, when you send a message to Stucchi, or register to the newsletter service or when you send a registration request to the restricted area of the website.

3. Aims of treatment

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

a. view and respond to any requests for information;

b. send informative newsletter about Stucchi activities, products and offers;

c. let registered users access to all materials available in the reserved area of the website.

To ensure service efficiency, we inform you that your data could be used for technical and verification tests.

4. Methods of data processing

In relation to the purposes above described, the treatment of personal data is processed by manual, electronic and telematic tools strictly according to the above mentioned aims and, in any case, to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data.

5. Optional provision of data

Providing data is optional, but failing that you can't use the services offered by the website.

6. Categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents

Your personal data will only be seen by the administrators of the website, identified as Trustees, and by Stucchi staff responsible for managing and organizing activities. In no case will your data be disclosed to third parties.

7. Rights of interested parties

We also inform you that the law on protection of personal data gives interested parties the opportunity to exercise certain rights, according to Art. 7 of the "Code" and quoted below:

  • You have the right to obtain confirmation if your personal data have been provided or not, though not yet recorded, and to obtain their communication in intelligible form.

  • You have the right to obtain information about:

    a) origin of your personal data;

    b) purposes and methods of treatment;

    c) logic applied in case of processing by electronic instruments;

    d) identity of the owner, the manager and the designated representative according to Art. 5, paragraph 2;

    e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

  • You have the right to obtain:

    a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

    b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is not necessary for the purposes for which data were collected or subsequently processed;

    c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also for their contents, to those to whom data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves.

  • You have the right to object, in whole or in part:

    a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

    b) the processing of personal data in order to send advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
